About Paddy’s Valley
Paddy’s Valley is an ad-hoc group of Irish business and technology people who have decided to form their own delegation to tour Silicon Valley and create closer bonds with companies and people in the mecca of the computer world. The tour nicknamed “PaddysValley†will head off on December 2nd 2007, taking advantage of the new air routes from Aer Lingus. The December 2nd visit will be the first of what is hoped will be regular trips, building up stronger and stronger links between Irish technologists and Silicon Valley.
The Paddy’s Valley tour is being assisted by Enterprise Ireland who are lending a hand in organising networking events and sharing their extensive local knowledge of how the entreprenural and investment environment works in Silicon Valley.
Anyone is welcome to come along on the trip including curious business people and members of the press. Please note that it is up to individuals in the group to organise meetings with potential investors and others in Silicon Valley. Neither the Paddy’s Valley organisers or Enterprise Ireland will be matching Paddy’s Valley members up with potential investors. If you want to sign up for the tour then contact us on PaddysValley < at > Gmail .com
While this is considered a group effort, the main organisers are: Conor O’Neill, James Corbett and Damien Mulley. Please contact them if you have any questions.
